• Bank statement PDFs (temporarily stored)

• Account details for app usage
Derived data:
• Transaction data such as amounts, merchants, and categories

• Extract and categorize transactions

• Power AI features (chat, recommendations, budgeting)
• Improve and maintain the service
3. AI Processing
We use OpenAI services to process transaction data. Only anonymized transaction data is shared. No personal identifiers are included. Data is not used to train AI models.
4. Data Redaction
• Names are removed
• Addresses are removed
• Account numbers are removed
• Only transaction-level data is retained
5. Data Retention
• PDF files are deleted within 30 days
• Transaction data is stored until the user deletes it or closes the account
• Users can delete their data at any time

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
• Encryption at rest
• Access controls and security safeguards
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with trusted service providers including OpenAI and AWS for processing and hosting.
